Overview
Shine & Smile Dental is a U.S.-based dental clinic whose website no longer reflected the quality of care the clinic provided.
The project focused on redesigning the entire digital experience to improve clarity, simplify service discovery and make appointment booking faster and more accessible across devices.
Challenge
The previous website existed as a single long page with more than 30 content sections, unclear service hierarchy and booking CTAs placed only at the very top and bottom of the page.
Analytics showed that nearly 80% of visitors never reached half of the content, while the booking flow created confusion rather than clarity. As a result, the clinic relied heavily on informational phone calls instead of online appointments.
The challenge was to rebuild the experience around structure, trust and clear conversion pathways.
