Overview
Mediafy is a desktop application designed to streamline media management workflows such as compression, resizing, format conversion and quick editing.
The tool is built for creators and teams working with large volumes of image and video assets, allowing them to process files efficiently without switching between multiple tools.
Challenge
The original version of Mediafy was created as a fast internal prototype generated with AI to support media preparation workflows inside a digital agency.
While the tool functioned well technically, the interface lacked usability, visual consistency and the structure required for a scalable public product.
The challenge was to transform this early prototype into a clear, professional and production-ready desktop application.
